Plan renewal and cancellation

Your Influentials subscription will automatically renew every month or every year depending on your subscription. In this article, we tell you more about renewals and cancelling your plan.

Renewals

When will my plan be renewed?
The exact renewal date of your plan can be found on the plan page at settings. It will state on the top in bold, the date, month and year on which your plan will automatically be renewed.

How long do I have access to the platform after cancelling my plan?
This depends on your renewal date. For example, your renewal date is the 16th of every month. In case you cancel your subscription before May 16th, you will have access until the 16th. However, if you cancel your subscription on May 27th, you will have access till June 16th.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription on the plan page at settings. You have to scroll a little bit down to the bottom of the page. There you will find a cancel button. Clicking the button will immediately cancel your subscription. 

When can I cancel my subscription?
Plans can be cancelled at any given moment of the month. But please be aware that after your renewal date, your plan can't be cancelled for the next 10 following days.

Can I cancel my subscription whilst running a campaign?
It's not possible to cancel your subscription while you still have a campaign running. In this case, this means that the end date of the campaign hasn't passed yet. End dates of campaigns can be found on the campaign page at the bottom and must not be mistaken with the deadline of a campaign. 

Will my data get lost if I cancel my subscription now and start again in a few months?
Yes, we sadly cannot keep your data once you've cancelled your subscription. So keep this in mind when you want to pause your subscription.
